Exchange / Returns Policy
If for any reason, you are not happy with any of our products and would like to exchange or refund an item, please let us know by e-mail as soon as possible with your order number and reason for exchange/return. Most goods can be returned within 7 days of receipt provided they are in their original packaging and in an unused condition. If you return goods to us we will only refund the costs of the goods, we will not refund the costs of postage. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty.
You should obtain proof of postage from who you use to post back and ideally get it to be signed for as this can be tracked. Biscuit's Barkery does not accept liability for goods lost in transit back to our address.
You Have Received The Wrong Item Or Its Damaged
In the extremely unlikely event that the item you have received does not match the description given when you placed your order or is damaged, please follow the procedure for returns. Money will be refunded via your payment method within 30 days. This returns policy does not effect your statutory rights. Please note all goods returned MUST be unused, in their original packaging and be in saleable condition.
